What a bad football weekend we just had!!! Longhorns, S.C. Gamecocks, the Cowboys..... I mean, even the Houston Texans, all lost!! Oh well, it's early in the season and they still have time to come back and have a good season.
On another note, I'm officially Tex-i-fied now. Got my "Lone Star State" tags! =)
That's all. It's early.... can't believe I'm actually doing this first thing in the morning... What is my problem?

The final stage of Texandom is getting a "Don't Mess with Texas!" bumpersticker. When you do that, you'll know you have achieved the pinnalce of Texan achievement.
All's not lost in the realm of Texas football this weekend: The Aggies beat some team from Louisianna! Whoop! Go Aggies!

Yes but look on the bright side - Boston College beat Clemson in 2 OT and the Patriots came from 10 down at the half to beat Buffalo (they won on a safety!!)

I heartily agree with POPS- Go Buckeyes!!! I couldn't cheer for Texas even with you now as an "official Texan". But I sure love you, and those Buckeyes!!

Yes, when I saw that Ohio State had preyed upon Texas, I thought of you.
I do like Texas football -- actually that whole brand of smash-mouth college football ya'll got down thataway -- Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska.
