Ready for some R & R!

Well, I have been extremely busy this past week redecorating my room. I stripped the walls, sanded, painted, and now I'm buying matching bedding, wall art, furniture, etc. It has been exhausting, but my room is starting to look great! (I'll post a picture when I'm all done!) So, Saturday, I am going to the beach (Isle of Palms, in Charleston--it's gorgeous!) to catch up on some r & r! I hope you all have a great weekend as well!

P.S. I have completed one full week of blogging! I'm so proud!

Sorry that I did not respond to your comment on my site concerning tattoos; and yes I would say that the logic that I presented applies equally to piercings as it does to tattoos.

One more thing, you cannot beat a 'soy chai latte' at Starbucks...so sorry. NO matter how much you try, it is the best! :)

I just saw your question on Joshua's blog. If you want to have a link to someone's email you do this:

Normally when you have a link it looks like this:

(a href: "http:thewebsiteaddress")websiteaddress(/a)

with "(" and ")" being replaced with "<" and ">". (I cannot put them on this comment or it will attempt to create a link)

but instead of http: you need to add mailto:thepersonsemailaddress

If that helps any...

on the road again. left Ga and went on a journey. from here and there. first stop NJ newark south orange and more. left for CT manage to avoid the toll for the GW bridge. stop in stamford went to bridgeport then to NY stop in queens when to Manhatten last night till 2 am and it really didnt even gave a hint that it was going to slow down for a minute. drove through and around central park a veiw times, down broadway hit time square and it was day light lift it behind and it was city darkness once more. right turns take for ever then points for each hit bonus for taking them for a ride on top of your hood. taxis fighting for your x y cordinates , accelating to zero at each pot hole. it jungle or a safari ride up and down and side to side. from bridge to bridge and down the avenues. people in motion and are invisable the dont see you just feel the heat from your engine. artifitial stars in the sky, street lights to bright for the real ones to be seen and the moon, yes the moon still majestic in the sky , a guide in the dark side of town. lights camera action in a city that never sleeps, the only thing still is that arm that stretch towards the sky with the torch that rains freedom apon whom its rays falls apon. well know in queens then to NJ then back to GA back to the south and i wonder if those rays have reached thus far. the honks will soon die down. the street will soon be vacante. the mob will soon be singular. a right turn with out pedistrians. the star will soon come out. the criket will start there concert the bugg will start to there seronay, the light will grow dim. the music of the night will soon change from artificail and mechinical to nature. back to the country with the city behind. from pot holes to deer either way they both appear with out notice. from wonder and wonder to bueaty and bueaty the question unanswered, the oceans parts further, though still in arm reach. the great divide arises as history cycles. like an old movie remade. different actors and technology same story and same drama. the out come always the same.
