Warning: Boring post ahead!

I'm excited about the football playoff games this weekend. Sunday at 4:30, Carolina takes on Chicago. Let's go, Panthers!

But before that, Saturday night, I think I will go see the Columbia Inferno hockey game. Haven't been to one of those all season, and I miss it. Hockey games are a lot of fun. Let's go Inferno!

But before that, tonight, I am going to............ I have no idea! Maybe I'll get caught up on my sleep after all this craziness of staying up until 3 in the morning a few days this week. My new gym opens tomorrow. It is totally SUH-WEET. I will tell you all about it later.

Yeah, sorry to disappoint, but I have nothing "inspirational" to share with you today. Lots of things going through my head, but nothing ready to put out there yet. Just my boriing ole' life today. Ha ha ha. What are you doing this weekend?

Kristi,

We were great friends until I saw that hideous picture on your blog! :) Now me, I am a Browns fan, and probably will be as long as I am living on this earth!

I really don't have any favorites this year - it would be nice to see the Seahawks go, and I think I would like to see the Colts and Tony Dungy as well. He has gone through a tragic year, and a Super Bowl victory would present an opportunity to show that through God, we are all overcomers.

Thank you for your powerful and encouraging words the other day as well. I simply try to share what God has revealed to me, and I am encouraged when it blesses others.

Enough blabbering! Have a blessed day!

Kristi,
Being from Texas, I can actually follow the Dallas Cowboys. But I'm originally from Houston. So I should follow the Texans. But my first love in the NFL, the Oilers, taught me that when it comes to the NFL, loyalty is not a requirement. After all, they were not loyal to me, but the dollar. Therefore, I feel a freedom to jump onto any NFL bandwagon I choose. Right now, as long as the Colts bandwagon is going along well, I'm a Colts fan. Even though I have never been to Indianoplois... (Remember they were once affiliated with Baltimore).

But if they bow out, I just might pull for the Carolina Panthers, being a resident of one of the Carolinas. I feel no compulsion whatsoever to be loyal to those who are not loyal. Therefore... GO TEAM! Which team, uhm, as Beth says, "the one with the prettier costumes!"

Go TEAM!
:)

Ron, there are very few things more important than friendship, but football has got to be one of them!! =) I would've like to see the Colts make it as well...but oh well.

Titus, looks like you have to go for Carolina now!

Nan!!! So gald you're back. Engaged life is keeping you way too busy! Yeah, let's hear it for girls who love football!!!

Kc, thanks for the added spice!

Green, sorry about your Patriots. Not really sorry they lost, but sorry you were disappointed!

Pia, I am SO glad to hear that from you. I have been diligently praying. Keep your head up. Love ya' girl!

So cool when a woman can get into football!!

I was disappointed how they played. Well there's always next year. My Patriots basically gave the game away. Can't turn the ball over and expect to win, especially in a hostile environment. There were a couple of "hometown" calls by those referees, too....
